 ohhhh the first mil was supposed to indicate they are all being added by the million

so
Ssj -150 million
Assj - 300 million
Mssj - 600 milion
ssj2 1.2 billion

AT stated that SSJ never got lower than 10x since you love to take quotes from him so much.

that is absolutely not true. AT never made any such statement.

it was pointed out to him that ssj goku against frieza had to have multiplied his power by at least 50, and he said that he had envisioned it as 10x, but kaioken got in the way.

that was all AT ever said about the ssj multiplier.

as for the 2/4/8 buu arc multipliers. i've used them before, and they work just fine.

No, none of them stack on the prior.
That doesn't make any sense.
Toriyama said that SSj2 was (understandably) 2X SSj. It only makes sense that the others stack on to the prior as well (except SSj4, of course)

To be honest, the way I decided upon the Super Saiyan design was for such a... simple reason that it’d make you go "eh?". I only use one assistant (note 3), who has always helped me. My assistant always had to spend a lot of time blacking in Goku's hair (note 4), so the biggest reason was to save time, since if Goku became a Super Saiyan, his hair wouldn't have to be blacked in. What's more, this also had the effect that one could tell with a glance that Goku had gotten stronger, so it was killing two birds with one stone. At the time, it was made out that he was fifty times as strong when he became Super Saiyan, but that's a little extravagant. As far as my feelings as an author go, I think I drew it with the sense of it being a change of about ten times what he had been up until then.

600 million x2 is 1.2 billion.

however, instead of mulitpliers I have used fixed add ons.
